Founded in 1919 by Max Dee as a paper specialty supplier, the company expanded into the design and manufacture of folding cartons during the late 1950's.

Today, Dee Paper Company is devoted exclusively to folding cartons. The company operates from a converted 100,000 square foot mill overlooking the Delaware River on Chester's waterfront. An additional 120,000 square foot facility is maintained for shipping and warehousing.
