Wellington Ridge Residential Development

Leveraging HOPE VI funds, the Chester Housing Authority and Pennrose Properties crafted a multi–use, mixed-finance project, creating a vibrant neighborhood where first-time homebuyers and seniors live together. The development features 26 acres of gardens, playgrounds and soon, a retail complex named The Shops at Wellington Ridge.

• 140,000 SF retail center
• 2,3, and 4 bedroom units with market-rate amenities such as washer, dryer, central air, dishwasher, refrigerator, front entry and deck
