Crozer Hills
Sponsored by the Chester Redevelopment Authority, The Delaware County Housing Coalition and Pennrose Properties, Inc. of Philadelphia, Crozer Hills represents the first single-family residences built in the city of Chester in the last 30 years and further signals the resurgence of the city. Featuring 25 homes spread over a 7.47 acre site, the development was funded with $1,340,173 from the Homeownership Choice Program by PHFA. Basic design of individual units features 1,600 square foot, two-story, three bedroom models with full basements. Each includes central air, Internet access, satellite TV, alarm systems and extra telephone and electrical outlets. Units are customizable with the addition of bay windows, expanded living and family rooms, a den, home office or study, a fourth bedroom and a powder room.
